Breath Sensing
Breathing & quieting the soul allows my senses to heighten. The air on my skin feels like soft fingertips, sounds become music & my body relaxes letting peace walk in my heart.

I must have a squirrel mind this morning. I found it interesting how many times I had to pull it back from stray thoughts to focus on “inhale” and “exhale”.

I learned that when things get too overwhelming and you don’t know where to start to tackle each situation, you can always begin by focusing on the simplest thing to do. This time for me, though, it’s breathing properly. I haven’t actually realized that I’ve been breathing erratically due to my anxious thoughts. This meditation helped me ground myself and focus. Little by little. Namaste
