This meditation focuses on the breath out, not because there is anything special about it, but because the physical sensation of breathing and breath out is always there and you can use it as an anchor to the present moment. Throughout the practice, you may find yourself caught up in thoughts, emotions, sounds and wherever your mind goes, simply come back again to the next breath. Photo by Alex Azabache from Pexels

Breath
There will be more air. Don't hold on to the breath. Let it go. Trust. Inhale. Repeat.

This was very nice. Great way to start the day.
To let go of any tension, caused by less than desirable sleep, first thing in the morning.

Our breathe is always there
I just love being reminded how our breathe is always there for us. No matter how distracted during the day, we are always inhaling the good, exhaling the bad.

I love the concept that air is always there for you and that you know it’ll always come back even if you let it all go.

Excellent Tool!
I learned that I tend to hold my breath a lot. This meditation is a wonderful technique for reducing stress in your body.

Breath
I learned that I can exhale far longer than I thought. I imagined expelling old tired air and breathing in new refreshing air for a new day.

Exhale.
Exhaling for a longer amount of time felt very relaxing. I’ve never thought of exhaling longer than inhaling and doing this made me feel an overall sensation of relief. This is something that is easy to practice at any point in time and when I feel stressed out I would like to do this to relieve tension.

I didn’t realise you could exhale for this long... it really is a blessing in disguise when you can control your inhale and exhale of breathe! The relaxation of the body you feel is amazing, when you exhale all the breathe within you.
J
Jenny
Emphasis on the exhale
I learned that with taking a longer exhale more tension is released. Additionally, feeling a deeper state of relaxation and connection with your breath and entire body.

Long Exhales
Have been a calming technique I have used for years. Often my heartbeat will accelerate and stay there, but by breathing in deeply, and then more slowly, by far, breathing out, I can decrease my heartbeat. The method also works well when auditions and other exciting, yet stressful, events occur make the heart rate increase. I had never thought to use this technique as "preventative medicine"! Now, I will!

Taking time
I struggle with allowing myself time to stop and breathe but usually find I like how I feel after.

Exhaling
Breathing out may be more impactful than a slow inhale. With your exhalation, let out stress and tension, slowly and deliberately. I found myself to be more at peace after this session. I️ saved it to use the next time I’m feeling particularly stressed.

Breathing
Exhaling is as important as inhaling air in order to survive. It’s true that when you completely empty out your breath, you feel much more relaxed and your next inhale of breath is much more awesome.

I learned that it’s important to fully exhale when we are focusing on our breathing. And like our exhale, we must let things go fully and be okay with moving on to the next breath (or thing).

Trust
I really like the idea that we can trust the air will still be there. It’s a metaphor for life and a simple grounding fact.

Trust & Faith
I really liked the message about having faith when we breathe and trusting that the air will be there again when we exhale.

Thank you, Aura! Timing is everything. Take TIME to breathe, to focus, meditate, etc. today, I was so busy and felt like I did a days work in 2 hours and I am just now getting to rest at 3p and that’s for a few minutes. I am liking bedtime and teatime.🐬Have a nice evening, Everyone!

First session
I learned that when I’m going to be using this app i need to make sure my phone is on do not disturb mode so i won’t be distracted by any incoming messages. Very relaxing. Next time i will try this again in an even more relaxing environment when i have more time.

Trust
I can trust that each time I let all the breath out of my lungs, there will be more air waiting for me when I inhale.

Taking Time
A little stressed/tense today for no particular reason. This meditation, soft spoken and reassuring, was just what I needed. Focusing on my breathing, especially the exhalation, assured me that the next breath is always there, giving me fresh oxygen to sustain my body. Again, I just need to take the time! 🙏

Exhalation
It’s not until I completely extend my exhalation pause that I feel completely relaxed. As I exhale I can feel the tension leaving my body.

Completely empty
Exhale. Completely. Let all the air out of your lungs, let the stress and anxiety leave the body. Breath by breath the body gets more empty. Inhale.. Exhale.. relaxe every muscle and trust on the support of the bed. Good night 🙏🏽

Trust
I can only find honesty sometimes, but I’m learning how to rely on myself. Safety and comfort is familiar and greatly cherished. Yet, I have difficulty just letting go and trusting. Knowledge is power! I can let go now

Listen to the whole
I learned that I need to listen more to my body as a whole instead of narrowly focussing in what is sore or hurting. My issues are not with a small part of my body, but rather a lack of harmonious communication throughout my WHOLE body.
