Breath of gratitude
Trying to maintain breath counts and reciting gratitudes simultaneously didn't really work for me. I was concentrating on one or the other not meditating
I felt like I was empowering myself with each breath and all gratitude is so exact and natural. Thanks
I felt the combination of counting 8 in 3 hold 8 out while thanking all who love me…including myself occupied my mind/body eliminating space for wandering thoughts and infusing me with peace slowly like an excellent tea.
