Just breath
๐I enjoy these meditations most, the ones that bring awareness to self! It reminds me how alive I am and am greatly thankful for another day๐ focusing on my breathing also lets me know what state my body is in ~slow relaxed breaths ๐~ up to ~fast anxious breaths ๐ณ~
My favorite idea of this meditation in particular is that I can do this as I walk too-something I do quite often-all day long actually ๐ ๐
