I just talked to my dad today on the phone and he told me that my stepmoms mother was in the hospital with pneumonia and I worry I feel ok but Iâve noticed that when I worry about that kind of stuff it will stress me out and I learn that if I give this stuff to god all my anxiety will go away from my body and praying is the only thing that will help me get through anything and my day will be ok I feel so bad for my dad and my stepmom and I know when I got the news it shocked me to death but Iâm trying to relax and be still and know that god is with me and the rest of my family man 1st my dad was sick and now my stepmomâs mom is sick I have also noticed that if I pray all my stress will go away I will feel better
