Awesome!
Just love Kristi's warm, calm, caring energy and the words she uses to guide the meditation. Got in a trance and didn't want it to end!

Another angel gets his wings
Interesting that I can pinpoint a part of my natural breathing pattern that I notice the most today - for me it was the air coming into my upper lungs. Tomorrow it could be a different part of the pattern that stands out to me. Namaste

Reaching with Affection
It is quite surprising to use your breathing as a way to calm your troubled soul. Good way to relax.

Shifting Awareness
I learned that I can move my awareness and use it as a tool to connect with different things/ as a bridge to compassion and love.

Waves
I learned that following my wave of breath has become a second nature for me. I’m grateful I always have access to that awareness.

I feel like I'm alright and flying. I noticed me.
I am wonderful and I am just alright when I stop to notice myself and body.

Nourishing Breath
I am grateful for breath, to give me so much of what I need to live and be with so little direct effort or thought from me. A wonder. Namaste
