Interesting that I can pinpoint a part of my natural breathing pattern that I notice the most today - for me it was the air coming into my upper lungs. Tomorrow it could be a different part of the pattern that stands out to me. Namaste
I can have a better relationship with myself through breath awareness.
Towards the end I focused most of my intention on the singing sound and I felt it as a sort of vibration going through my entire body.
Reaching with Affection
It is quite surprising to use your breathing as a way to calm your troubled soul. Good way to relax.
I learned that I can move my awareness and use it as a tool to connect with different things/ as a bridge to compassion and love.
I had trouble shifting my focus away from a mild headache. The more the narrator said to relax, the more intrusive and noticeable the headache became!😏
I learned that following my wave of breath has become a second nature for me. I’m grateful I always have access to that awareness.
I feel like I'm alright and flying. I noticed me.
I am wonderful and I am just alright when I stop to notice myself and body.

Feeling the breath
I learned that I can always take a minute to feel my breath and focus on it whenever I get anxious or stressed.
I love that this is not just breathing, but breathing specifically with affection toward the breath. That self love really calms my anxiety. I also enjoy the ringing of the bell :)

I learnt that paying attention to my breathing as I was forgetting everything else and so I was getting more relaxed.
After doing this activity my stress melted away and I became more relaxed and more calm.
It’s good to just be still and breathe. For a few minutes, no tasks before me, no past behind me, just fully in the present. Namaste
Before and After.
Before I sat down to listen to this meditation, I felt very stressed and overwhelmed.
I'm not going to say that I am now totally stress free and no longer overwhelmed, but I do feel much better. I feel more ready and able to tackle life. I thoroughly enjoyed this meditation.
You really learn how much good can be given if you're in the right mindset.
I hold my breathe when in pain, this is helping me take focus off my pain & shift it elsewhere
Breath Meditation With Affection
This was a lovely meditation. I felt so comforted after it was complete. I am working on feeling my breath during my meditations so thank you for this practice.
Patience. Grace. Hope. Surrounded me during this meditation. Warmth spread throughout my body. A gentle smile spread across my face. I felt loved.

I noticed I was having a hard time focusing on my breathing and staying in the moment during my session today
I felt so encouraged that I was capable of nourishing myself with breath. I loved the silences and the chimes.

I noticed that taking a moment to just breathe is very helpful for calming the mind.
Tired and after-adrenaline
I'm having a busy week with school. Feeling anxious, stressed. All those deadlines. Thanks to this meditation I can feel myself and feel my inside having that hurry-hurry feel. I'm yawning, did not notice that I am tired, until now.
It's been a while since I last used this app and I realized how much it helped me before stay grounded and calm and composed.
The bells were super distracting. There was no end to this and the breathing felt unfocused because of the flow.
Very nice practice to appreciate and recognize mindful breathing and the power of it
this was a weird experience. I did not enjoy this meditation. what does it mean to incline towards a baby? confusing and distracting. did not help.
I learned that after all the things that have been blocking my mind and blocking away the happiness it was really nice to clear it out and just relax.
Breath Meditation with Affection
What a wonderful way to start my day. This meditation just really reminded me that I need to take moments throughout the day to just slow down and return to a peaceful place for a moment.

a lot of random anxiety. its a mixed feeling, cause the anxiety did not diminish, but at least i brought attention to it which is positive I feel
I just need 15 mins
I learned that I need to decompress when I come home from work. I just need 15 mins to decompress and relax before I have to hear about any more drama or problems.
I noticed that I have been feeling on edge. There is some anger bubbling in the surface
I learned that I have to learn to just relax and don’t let negative emotions affect my well being.
I was aware of my breathing and where I felt it the most. My mind did wander a bit but I just let it run its course. This was good for the soul. Now if I can just do it every day!

I remembered to day what it felt like to slow down and breathe for the first time in a long while
As always taking deep breaths has helped me to calm my nerves... The thing is, as soon as the session ended, I started to feel bad again. It didn't last. I'm going to switch off my phone and try focusing on my breath again until I fall asleep. Maybe tomorrow it'll be better?

Breathing really does help recenter your focus and bring you out of your own thoughts
I struggled to relax today, I should start having breakfast after my meditations as my body feels quite uncomfortable after eating in the morning.
My heart rate was elevated and I was warm, I felt it lower and was cooler after.
