Turning my eyesight inward between my eyes was very helpful in helping to create a mental image to focus my breathing on. While this meditation may feel more “spiritual,” it is definitely very practical.

ignoring the warnings, we pushed the rotted door open and peeked inside the ground level was dark with low ceilings and narrow corridors, the dirt floor was sad and littered with old farm implements just to the inside of the door a wooden ladder led up through a small opening above we climbed to the second level the entire back wall was gone, blue sky and a beautiful view of the trees flowed in the angled metal roof arched up, up, up supported by wooden framing birds had nested in old bales of hay

suits and ties silk dresses prada bags they arrived in throngs eyeing the silent auction items all for a very good cause white hair leather skinned well-heeled she played her violin for them they only one who wasn’t trying too hard to look younger to proclaim her status to compete with the others

Letting go of stress 💙
By focusing on my breathing I was able to relax. The tension left my body and that lessoned my body pain. I feel calm and happy, I’m ready to let go of the stress I experienced at work today. Thanks Irene 🙏
