'Balance' is a state of being that we choose. In this Meditation, discover how to mindfully assess what is happening around you as you focus your mind as you choose. Let the space between your inhalation and exhalation be what you are attentive to; to where you find and live in 'balance'. Notice how beautiful and easy it is to bring your attention back into the present moment - and to how you feel - now. Namaste! xo
Noticing the pauses between breaths reminds me that I am both empty and ready to receive and full and ready to give thousands of times per day. Always.
A simple yet absolutely perfect exercise in mindfulness and clarity I will try to include this in my daily thinking.
I liked it
It made much more calmer and relaxed. I'll try to do it as much as I can throughout the day!
Staying in the Inbetween
Noticing the second(s) between each breath for the first time. Will come back to those in moments of chaos to find peace and balance.
Why is the pause shorter in the inhale and longer pause in the exhale?i
Coming back to the seconds, the milliseconds our soul is free to just be, the moments our body isn't actively engaged.
In the situation that I am in right now, I need to accept the fact that I cannot change how people think and do. It's all up to them.
It's 01:11 in the morning and I can't sleep. My alarm is set for 06:15. I wish to get up at that time without having to snooze. I'm not stressed. I just can't fall asleep. I will use this meditation to better my mental state💪
Focus on balance
Today has been amazing and using this app just added to it. Learning to shift what I focus my attention to can make all of the difference in the world. Catching myself throughout the day and focusing on my breathing is what I will accomplish this week.
3min of simple concentration seems longer
Stopping for a short period gives a longer impression and a calming effect
I'm 12 and trying to do an experiment for my guidance counselor
Once you meditate everything seems to light and kind on extra sensitive if you know what I'm saying. I feel so calm. For my first time I feel like I did pretty well at not getting distracted.
