Further, develop the connection between your breath and your body. When we breathe, every single cell in our body breathes. When we breathe we are bringing the outside in, and then releasing the inside back out. Completely transformed. The more we breathe with mindfulness, the clearer it becomes how important the process of the breath is and what an honor that we are able to consciously take part in this divine exchange.
