First attempt at meditation/mindfulness
It is the morning after I let myself down. I created a situation in which failure was likely. The person on the other side of this situation made a choice to take care of themselves and I let that affect me. I felt angry and hurt. That person recognized I was not okay and talked to me about it. During this meditation, that's what I was thinking about.
I learned to recognize and appreciate the role of letting go, of releasing, in making room for health: mental, physical, and spiritual.
Our breath is always there with us and for us. Keeping us alive and safe even when we sleep. We can call on it anytime to calm and center ourselves. I'm making friends with my breath; appreciating it's faithfulness and flexibility.
Take time out get to that comfort place and take a Breathe, listening to the lovely sound of nature and your heart beating duuf duuf duuf and centre your mind.
Gratitude is empowering.
Learning how to truly be thankful for everything, because everything is a gift, can amplify the joy in your life.
Breathe in fresh air & exhale the bad air, letting go of bad energy.
My body protects me by breathing no matter what it goes through.
It was an instant relax and focus. It was around 8.30am, I started my day energised. I was so surprise! Well a wonderful way to start the day.
These meditations are only 3 minutes long and they waste 30 seconds telling me what position I can be in. Sitting, standing, or lying. I get that! Help me meditate!
