Giving Thanks
On this “Day of Giving Thanks” aka “Thanksgiving Day”, it is easy to be grateful - for good food, our families and friends.
It is ‘less easy’ to be grateful, everyday, for these important things. It is downright difficult to be grateful every day for every little thing!
My hope is that this meditation is going to help me to become more grateful, for more things, more often, by associating gratitude with breathing. If I could try to think of something to be grateful for with ever breath I take ...
WOW...
I would totally transform my life into one big Blessing. And my Vibration would become so strong over time, it would affect every thing & every body around me in a positive way...
