I felt extremely relaxed doing this meditation and I couldn’t imagine doing it while working out.
I love to do this meditation while walking, especially because I can use my steps as a counter for my breath. Today it is hard to take deep breaths, my back feels restricted by sore muscles from the weekend.

I have a pretty bad fever today. Doing this meditation helped my body feel relaxed.
