interesting practice on not resisting the thoughts but acknowledging them and allowing them to slow down for time to process them. worth a revisit.

I felt less stressed than yesterday after meditating twice today
My breath is more evident in my stomach. I tried focusing on my nostrells during the meditation as I felt more at ease whilst doing so
