In this prose meditation, I guide you into a trance-like state of presence. The purpose is discovery; to notice what you find, and what is 'unearthed for you' to receive. As you experience breath in each moment. In a prose meditation, you allow your mind to be guided by the words you hear. It is not necessary to aim to hold focus on a single point. Allow your mind to reveal more through imagery, feelings, and ideas as they arise. Witness these in simple wonder; to include everything as a part of your experience.
