Ocean images
As I did this meditation I was overjoyed to be able to place in my mind the ocean waves coming to the shore and then moving back out into the sea. What a wonderful way to end my day.

Just feeling the breath
Visualizing my breath as a wave coming in on a sandy shore, then receding and repeating this imagery helped to free my mind of thoughts. I feel that my mind needs a break now and then. Itโ€™s nice not focusing on anything and just feeling the breath. Thanks ๐Ÿ™ Aura

An ocean wave
I was an interesting experience to create a rhythm of breathing syncing with the movement of an ocean wave landing on the beach. Iโ€™ll do this again.

Itโ€™s currently finals week and I am going crazy. Last night I had some sort of mental break. Iโ€™m okay again now but I canโ€™t wait for all 5 of my finals to be over.

Excellent imagery as my breath came into my body as a gentle wave and receded back on the exhale. Very relaxing
