Brainwave Boost

This track is unique in that it combines several brainwave entrainment modalities and techniques, drawing on the latest scientific findings on AVS. It starts out using White noise, which has been proven to increase focus by blocking out distractions. We blend in a binaural beat at 15 Hz, a frequency shown to increase visuospatial memory. Vibration and Audiostrobe encoding provide light and tactile stimulation. Isochronic tones cycle through the beta and gamma frequencies known to "wake up" the brain, increasing focus, and providing an energy boost.
