Brain Activation 174 Hz Singing Bowls

A recent study found that a binaural beat at 15 Hz activated more brain areas than any other frequency, including a control stimulation of just pink noise. In this session, we stimulate the brain with a 15 Hz binaural beat using a 174 Hz Solfeggio frequency, known for relieving pain and stress. A pink noise background is used to make the binaural beat stand out and further calm the mind. Singing bowls of various healing frequencies are also added for effect. Headphones must be used to produce a binaural beat.
