A warm welcome to this guided breathing meditation, where we will focus on box breathing. Today you will follow my guidance as we breathe in to a count of 4, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, and hold for 4 before repeating this cycle again and again. And, the more you get used to this, you might want to try and extend the count, but for now, let’s stick with 4 (not for advanced). This is an advanced 15-minute breathing session, and halfway through, we will add an extra count to 5. This version is perfect first thing in the morning, or perhaps before bed, to help you unwind. And for that reason, the music will continue for 10 more minutes, allowing you to drift off, if that is what you need. Music by Liborio Conti
