Navy Seals use box breathing to support focus and ease in difficult situations. In this adaptation of the breath, we lengthen the exhale in order to support an even deeper relaxation for the nervous system. You can use this simple practice for a break at work, to prime you for meditation or even before sleep at night.

I learned that I can breathe through my nose. I have experienced unusual nasal congestion since I had covid in December 2020.
i have done breathing exercises similar to this before, however i don’t think i have struggles as much. although in saying that, it was nice getting out of my comfort zone and finding calmness as the meditation ended :)
I get anxiety with lots of breath work but this one is calming easy and I really like it!! Thank u 🥰
