These breathing exercises do calm the nervous system! I noticed a feeling of calm from doing two only of the 3 minute breathe work!!

I felt calm & relaxed,until my program seemed to get stuck on noises. I found the white noise irritating & for a time I couldn’t shut it off. This spoiled the session for me. I think I need to sta
