Breathing exercises
These breathing exercises do calm the nervous system! I noticed a feeling of calm from doing two only of the 3 minute breathe work!!

I felt calm & relaxed,until my program seemed to get stuck on noises. I found the white noise irritating & for a time I couldn’t shut it off. This spoiled the session for me. I think I need to sta

I need to slow down prior to work and do at least one breathing exercise prior. Alsi reminded me to journal for 3o min each day prior to or after going to My home group NANA group. Or any other sort support group. Thankyou Ivy you ate a TRUE healer. So grateful for you and im amazed that I get to work with you through the amazing aura app. Namaste

Box breathing
I definitely am feeling more relaxed after this exercise. I FINALLY was able to keep my thoughts focused on my breath, and not let it wander everywhere, and think of all the things “I should be doing instead” (habit of an ADHD mind). I am very grateful for this. Thanks, Ivy
