Hello and welcome to this Zen Body Scanning Meditation. This is the first meditation of four as part of a zen meditation & mindfulness 8-week course. This should be done every day for the first two weeks. Body scanning is a deeply relaxing meditation that can help get us out of our minds and into our bodies.
