Perfect ,,, A reconnection of mind and body in a brief session exactly what the doctor ordered for me. Body Scanning is my most useful tool as well as Breathing .

Caring for my tension now.
I learned that if I take a moment to relax and really listen to my body and become aware of where I carry my tension, I can possibly prevent the development of aches later on by mindfully caring for that part of my body now.

I liked the direction to focus and breath into parts of my body, it helped me to focus and note points of tension and try to help ease those. At the end I tried to continue to Carty on without the guided voice, I found my mind wandering & then would get frustrated with myself but I tried to bring myself back each time & not be too hard on myself. I imagine this will get easier as I learn & grow with mindfulness meditation.

Another session that would have benefitted from a posture description prior to starting
It would be awesome if Aura sessions had the suggested posture for meditation included in the text description for each session. If I knew that it was a seated session prior to starting, i could get to a chair rather than my norm of lying in bed (part of my disability). Just sayin’! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Body Scan During Class
I️ liked this meditation, but it’s still hard for me to truly ignore what I’m thinking to focus on the moment. In class I’m hyper aware of every look my way, of anxious thoughts of people watching and judging, and I️ think I’m still afraid of letting go and being fully in my body. But this was mostly a me thing and not anything wrong with the meditation.

I learned as I was going through my body scan to really pay attention to my whole body. I felt real heavy in my upper back and neck area so I knew I needed extra attention there. This is a good early morning meditation. Have a nice day, EVERYONE!

Cuando estamos experimentando otras prioridades falsas o que nosotros misnos nos hemos impuesto, es cuando de verdad nos alejamos del presente. This was a great meditation to start the week with. Instead of becoming consumed by all the work-related things to do on a Monday, it was helpful to come back for a few minutes and be present and aware of my body.

I’m still really struggling with being able to keep my mind in the present moment. I was doing well when I first started meditating but the past few weeks have been difficult for me in terms of staying focused on the meditation.

Took me 4 or 5 tries after the speaker finished to count 10 breaths with my mind just being fully present in my body, without getting distracted, but I finally did it. Intending to carry this through for a focused day. Namaste

I feel that now whenever I’m stressed I can think of my safe place and relax. And I understood myself better and what I want in the future by seeing what my happy place was/is and acknowledging myself that, that place is non existent at the moment but it will be in my future happy and safe life.
