Prolong your Body Scan for Maximum Results
I really liked the body scan approach and concentrated on it heavily, methodically and very slowly. I could’ve spent at least seven minutes or more completing the scan. Then in allowing myself to pinpoint stressed areas or to pinpoint pain my mined was more fully attuned to release the discomfort as a direct result of my slow scanning. I learned something powerful and it is good.

My first time using Aura
I was a little hesitant because I have a fear of losing control. I learned from my fist session that it’s okay to let go even for just a little while. Give your body the permission it needs to relax and heal. I oftentimes try to take control of everything but I need to learn how to release, let go, and go with the flow. I look forward to many more sessions. This quick 3 min session was perfect to fit into my busy schedule. This is going to be great!
