Your body is ok the way it is
Breath and soul are connected. I learned to focus on each part of my body, piece by piece, and even though there may be things I don't like, I can accept them for now, for what they are.

Friends help Friends
Realistically all anyone cares about is your money... I jordan don't need anyone or your money I want to be your friend. I actually care for each and everyone of you. If you got a $1 to your name they ain't calling you-cause you can't turn up on there paycheck that they worked 2 weeks to get. We balling on a budget? That's not life... the greatest moments I have had with friends cost me $0, that best Christmas was giving to others, the best moments I have had I was sober af for. Please friends stop with the illusion, I built many businesses- I don't talk about my businesses because I'm to busy grinding on my businesses which will give you a job and give more life to my friends. I have friends that are homeless- starving- and need to be taken care of mentally and physically... I don't need anything in return.

A reminder that breath is immediate and always happening in the now, was a wonderful visualization of our natural tool for anchoring ourselves to the present.

Focusing on the body
I liked this session as it allowed me to focus on each major body part. I would have liked it to be a little slower so I had more time to focus on the individual parts before moving on to the next part. Thanks 🙏

There’s always the breath
I found my concentration wander even though it’s a 3 minute practice. I was able to return to breath though, so it’s good to know there’s always breath to return to.

I found that I tend to resist giving meditation my undivided attention when I feel like I have incomplete tasks to do at work. I’m not sure how to make better use of a 30 minute lunch break to destress.

I learned that to ease my wandering and anxious mind, breathing and acknowledging my breaths is a superb way to slow everything down that is happening, realize the happenings, and live in the present and not outside of it.

Everything that happens is in the present. It’s easy to forget that when troubles arise, but you can always return to your breath as it will always be there for you to use to ground yourself.

I didn’t necessarily feel a strong connection between me and this meditation, but I did learn that even if we don’t like what is happening right here, right now, we have to make an intention of liking it. This helps make the situation better and helps you get into the mindset of making the best of the situation. The reason I did not exactly feel a strong connection with this meditation is it did not help my worries go away and leave my body. However, it has helped me think about how every cloud has a silver lining, and I hope it has the same affect on you if you do this meditation. 💖😘🧘🏼‍♀️

Panic attack
I decided to try this app for the first time as a panic attack was happening. My body was shaking my stomach in knots I couldn’t breath. I did have to take a Xanax which may have helped but focusing on my body and my mindfulness helped as well. Although I still feel very anxious my shaking and feeling of terror is gone.

This is the first meditation with No specific goal outside the goal of being mindful. This felt really good, since in other meditations it sometimes feels like I Did not reach my goal if relaxing or energizing or focusing was difficult. This one is just a nice break.

Meeting...
I like her intention of meeting each part of the body with curious awareness to see how it is doing. No judging, no good or bad, just becoming aware of what is & any sensations that part is experiencing. Allowed me to become very relaxed feel the weight of my blankets on my chest & feet and feel the coolness of the air on my exposed arms. Overall I feel satisfied & complete. Too much talking by the meditation leader. Would be helpful if there were more pauses between speaking.
