A mindful body scan gives us the rare opportunity to experience our body just as it is, in this moment. It allows us to feel connected with ourselves, grounded and relaxed. Many of us carry so much tension in our body and it's not until when we tune into it, that we can start to let go of everything that is weighing us down.
I learned that I don't like change. I learned that whenever there is going to be a change in my life I get anxious no matter what it is. Whether it's going back to school or even if it's the last day of school. I get anxious.

I feel relaxed tonight. Mouth pain is a little better. I made a plane reservation (or Scott did) to go to my friends Dave and John’s house at Dewey beach in Delaware. Barby is coming with me. We are going in August. I’m very much looking forward to it. To sitting on the beach and picking crabs. They are two of my most favorite things to do.
I learned that guided meditation where you notice parts of your body are very helpful and relaxing.

When I start my day with a meditation and some intentions it helps me create a better day! It tends to direct my mind towards my intentions.
