Laying down in shavasana pose with my legs draped over a bolster, I inhale deeply to the count of 8. Pause at the top for 4. Then slowly exhale to the count of 8 focusing my breath on each area of the body to release any tension my body might be holding onto. Pause for 4 at the end of each exhale. I am feeling relaxed and at ease. This is the perfect quick session to hit the reset button.
