Awakened to Aliveness
Settling in my chair, I took in a full breath into my belly. On my out breath, I let go and released any stress my body was holding onto. After a few rounds of bringing in deep breaths into my body, I began to feel centered and awakened to aliveness. In this moment, I am grateful for these breaths that give life to this body. I am grateful for this space and feeling my feet on the ground. I intend to focus on seeing the good today and on things that I can control, such as which thoughts I choose to entertain and how I want to show up around the people I’ll come into contact with. Our thoughts and intentions shape the world around us. Choose beneficial thoughts and intentions each day and before long, you’ll begin to see the world around you change in miraculous ways! Try it!
