Nurture yourself today. We are often disconnected from our bodies. Our body holds great wisdom and needs our kind attention.

Noticing not judging
Not to label your body’s feelings, just gently noticing. This makes for more peace.
Noticing and allowing
This may well be one of my favorite meditations. While living thru the wrath of Florence and beginning to work on the cleanup, I have found no time to meditate. Finally, today I am trying to find the time, putting cleanup aside for a brief while, and this meditation did me a world of good. I am so grateful and will be listening to this many times In the coming weeks, I am certain. 🙏🏻Namaste 🙏🏻. Much gratitude.
I'm so grateful for this body that has brought me through so much. I resolve to treat it with love and kindness.
Meditation truly puts my mind in a different state and sets the tone for the day. This meditation made me aware of the gratitude I have for my body, blessed to have health and modern medicine, and knowledge of and motivation for healthy habits, like stretching, eating well, exercising and sweating. She says that the lower back holds a lot of emotion. Growing up with scoliosis and having had a spinal fusion in my lumbar area almost ten years ago, this has always been a trouble spot for me. With this knowledge, I will try to be attentive to the emotion and needs my body is trying to convey, rather than dismiss with annoyance of the pain of the ache I so frequently (chronically) experience.
Standard Body Scan
This is a standard body scan, great for calming, focusing, and setting up the day. Nothing special but that’s often a good thing with body scans and meditation generally.
