Mind vs Body
For some reason the thought that, though the mind can wander, the body is always in the present moment really resonated with me today - as if I realized it for the first time. Pretty cool.

Awareness is harder than it sounds
Today I had a hard time staying focused. The mind is so easily distracted, but the reminder that we can come back to center by closing our eyes and focusing on something so simple, yet so vital as the heartbeat is very grounding.
