Unlike our minds, our bodies are always in the present moment. This meditation will take you out of your headspace and into the physical sensations of your body, anchoring you in the present.

Mind vs Body
For some reason the thought that, though the mind can wander, the body is always in the present moment really resonated with me today - as if I realized it for the first time. Pretty cool.

Awareness is harder than it sounds
Today I had a hard time staying focused. The mind is so easily distracted, but the reminder that we can come back to center by closing our eyes and focusing on something so simple, yet so vital as the heartbeat is very grounding.

Starting.
I’ve learned that I can sit in quiet my mind for a few minutes and pay attention to what’s going on inside of me instead of always on the outside world. My goal is to meditate at least a little bit each day.

Most important to live in the present. I would love the meditations to be 10 minutes, just seemed a little short for me but loved the soft relaxing voice of the woman. I feel good!

Fidgety
I had a hard time sitting still for even the short time for this meditation. I focused on body sensations, but got caught up in what was bothering me. My ear and nose itching, my intestines rumbling, my body needing to fidget and scratch. Difficulty with focusing on the moment.

Beyond the breathe
So far we've been focusing on the breathe and facial awareness. This was a good one to go beyond that and extend to the whole body. Sometimes we forget to listen to our bodies and it's often there to tell us when to stop and smell the roses or even eat!

Smooth Sailing ⛵️
Have you ever felt like your days just ran into each other overlapping on top of one another? And it seems like you’re on a never ending roller coaster of chaos and nervousness? Well that’s what my life has been like. This meditation helped me to understand how to focus inward, on myself only. By doing this I’m able to shut everything else off and select only what is important for me to work on. Back to Smooth Sailing! 💞

Body awareness is tricky because I tend to notice lots of aches and pains, then it becomes difficult to focus.

I can be
I can just be in my body and feel what I need to, and I don’t have to stress or think about other things I can just think about the present moment.

My body is a shell
I’m this 3D world, I have come to the understanding that my body is a shell that ties me to this realm. My spirit and the true being am does not only exists in this world. I have all my needs inside my true being and consciences. My body is here in this world to become more in-tuned with the world around me. My purpose is to show love, understanding, acceptance and to always inspire so this world can be better than when I returned to it in this form. Asé. 🌻🦋🔮🌕

Just breathe
Breathing helps you focus your mind. In a stressful situation. You can just close your eyes and breathe.

Awareness
I feel like a lot of the time we go about living our lives as our minds lead us and forget about our bodies, thus being unaware or unappreciative of just how much our bodies do for us. Stopping and just becoming aware of our body’s existence all over grounds you and can help you develop a stronger self-image. 😌

Plasticity
My body is a beautiful plastic instrument designed to heal itself. It responds to my subconscious thoughts and does whatever the inner me tells it. If I say I am getting old & focus on my aches and pains - it will create more of them. If I profess that I am returning to perfect health - it will work to keep me moving towards perfect health. The Choice of good or poor health is influenced greatly by what I am telling myself!

Soulful Sunday 12-10-17
This is a great morning meditation. I let my heart fill my body with its warmth, it’s beat and it’s soul to nourish and give me strength and encouragement to carry on through the day. For those who have supported me through my stressful time lately, thank you so very very much. Have a blessed day, Everyone!

I’m extra grateful for my body today for always performing any task I ask of it. Today I started running again after a lazy summer and I performed above what I expected!

My body is a machine
When I take care of my body, my body takes care of me. When I fill it with clean fuel, I am rewarded with energy. When I neglect it, I am reminded how my body feels when it is not being taken care of. My body is a machine. I need to take better care of it.

Body Awareness
Pain has drawn my attention to my body in a negative way so focusing on it as a form of mindfulness and meditation is a difficult concept for me. Lately, I have been trying to breathe into the areas that seem to need my attention the most and thereby encourage healing and relaxation.

Pain
The past 2 years I have felt nothing but pain. I lost my dad to AML and my husband had to have 2 surgeries to save his life. I’ve had 4 surgeries just so I could walk again. I am afraid the next shoe will drop and what will happen next.

My body
I ask a lot of my body every day. It’s good to stop and be aware of that and what it does on a daily basis. Lots of sensations when I quiet my mind and feel

Thankful
Giving attention to my body and really taking notice of what it is experiencing is a gift that will encourage me to appreciate what my body does for me each day. Mindfulness will remind me to be thankful for the body I have to care for it.

Guided Meditation
I really enjoyed this one, it kick-started the depth of the meditation really well. Following the heart beat is an excellent alternative to the breath. I think I am ready to stay there without someone talking, but I have not yet started trying it on my own

Present Moment
“Unlike our minds, our bodies are always in the present moment”. I found focusing on the body to be very helpful in calming my racing thoughts, if only for a few minutes!
