The belly is where we carry fear, stress, and the traumas of our inner child. The more you practice this exercise, the more you will be able to catch yourself throughout the day when you unconsciously tense your abdomen and pelvic region. You will learn consciously to relax them, and, over time, your natural posture will become more relaxed as well. Emotionally, this can help to lower stress, anxiety, irritability, and exhaustion. Physically, it can bring relief and help support the healing of any ailments you have in the abdomen or pelvis.

I love it πŸ₯° it does remind me I am alive and I am most fortunate. I like trying to extend my holds although I am not perfect I work towards improvement. This was great with the counts and helped me heaps to stay focused. Thank you 😊 πŸ–€πŸ’œ
