Meditation Artist & Purpose Guide
It is necessary to be judicious without being judgmental. Being judgmental is also being impatient, but being judicious requires patience and understanding. Choices should be based on knowledge not on greed, diversion, or delusion. In this session, Jay will walk you through specific practices that will support you in dealing with the stress of unpredictability and isolation in these times. They will help you wind down, build immunity, and create a state from which you are more resilient to whatever life throws at you. Resilience doesn’t mean that you’ll be happy all the time, but it does mean you have the energy, the mindset, and the spiritual support to weather the storm.
