This morning meditation will guide you through living in the now as you promise to let the future come in its own time. Take a deep breath, in and out, and think for just a minute about how often you live life in the future. You might feel worry or anxiety about something in the distance, something that is not now. You might hear the words “should do” or “should not do” being repeated in your brain. Or, you might think there’s not enough time, so you hurry, scramble, and add stress to yourself.
