My legs needed love
I found that as I felt the pain in each area and let myself relax into and breathe into the pain it began to bring me a feeling of calmness- not disappating the original pain so much as giving me the courage to keep facing it. My meditation practice helps me deal with the wear and tear of chronic pain, as well as anxiety. Thanks Aura
