The FARM method is an approach to meditation I developed to support us in cultivating & growing the practice of mindfulness. (Hence the acronym FARM :)) FARM stands for "Facilitation of Accommodating Recommendations for Meditation." This meditation - based on my Three FARMs - is a great beginner meditation &/or a great jumping-off point for a self-led advanced or longer meditation.
