I noticed a fluttering sensation on my left side that with deep breathing was slowed and then gone.

Day 2 Meditation
I felt at ease. This really relaxed me. I do need to work on my sitting tho. I cramp easily. Maybe tomorrow I will lay down? Not sure.

Lots of thoughts
I learned that even thought thoughts seem like a lot. We are not our thoughts. Thoughts are just like passing clouds over a mountain. They may cover it for a moment but eventually they move on and the mountain remains the same. Strong. Grounded. Powerful.

Aura showed me a message that my internet weak or no internet. I did a speed test and it showed my internet is very fast.

Release and relax
I feel less tense therefore my body is able to release some of the congestion and release some of the pain and tightness in the areas of pain. I feel better and more relaxed, I need a lot more breath work.
