Refresh button
Turbulent times right now. I went to bed last night, thinking that I had to wake up with a positive mindset. I set my alarm a little earlier than usual to "seize" the day. The reason I wanted/needed to have a great mindset more than ever, is because today is essentially the first day on a new journey in myself and my children's lives. Today's meditation was perfect. It spoke of a Chinese proverb saying to refresh the body every day. I had a great attitude, but was I taking care of the rest of myself. Mentally I was guided to give myself all new body parts. I gave myself that vision of a new body and also worked on a new way relationship with my mind. I've been working on this for a while. And it was nice to have this idea reaffirmed. I hit the refresh button today and I plan on doing this everyday for the rest of my life. You are not your past!
