This is a basic and short meditation, made especially for beginners. It only takes 5 minutes each day to create a healthy habit. It is very important to start changing slowly, in baby steps, because otherwise, you can experience burnout. The most important thing is to start enjoying meditation eventually, even though sometimes it might feel uncomfortable, especially when you have certain traumas surfacing. Stay consistent, and experience growth daily through discipline!
