Grief/Sadness
My vavó passed away a year ago today. I tearful and sad. I miss my family. I chose to not wallow though. I took the time to cry and be sad. I posted about my beloved vavó. I chose to better myself today. I read a passage of Buddha. I journaled. I meditated. I feel calm and relief now. I know my vavó is with me. I know she would be proud of me. I miss her and love her. Her memory will hold strong forever.
