I noticed that the unwanted thoughts were still coming in, but it wasn’t extremely distressing

I never would have guessed that breathing would take such thought. I easily breathe in through my nose but struggle to exhale out through my mouth. I feel like the breaths I take are in my chest and not my stomach and when I try diaphragm breathing it’s awkward and not natural. However, when I do focus on my breath it is relaxing and can take away stress and anxiety

I yoga breath every day. I have been doing this for years. The difference is I breathe in from my nose and out from my mouth. I don’t mind breathing in using my nose and out from my nose. I
