This meditation is about grounding oneself & setting a foundation for a meditation practice to build upon. It can be used as a beginner meditation, and it can also serve as a jumping-off point for a longer, self-guided meditation. This would be a great meditation to do every day, as you cultivate and continue to grow a daily practice! The acronym, FARM is one I developed to support a blossoming meditation practice & stands for: Facilitation of Accommodating Recommendations for Meditation. The practice itself, which I also developed, consists of 3 FARMs & are as follows: 1.) Be Still 2.) No Judgment 3.) Embrace Peace & Loving Kindness
