Setting the Tone
Sitting in an upright position, I brought awareness to my body by way of the breath. I took a few deep breaths into my belly. Going back to the regular rhythm of my breath, i felt the vital gas of oxygen circulating throughout my body and rejuvenating all of my cells. Sitting in the aliveness of my body, I brought my hand to my heart. As my hand laid on top of my heart, warmth began to radiate from my hand to my heart and from my heart to my hand. I envisioned a well of joy in the depths of my heart. Cupping my hand, I reached down to receive it. I put my hand up to my mouth and felt this sweetness filter down my throat and into my body. I reached down into the well for more. Placing my cupped hand up to my mouth, excitement filtered down my throat and into my body. Filled with joy, I smiled. Filled with joy, I have set the tone to have the best day ever! Thank you, Katie! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
