Building a consistent meditation practice can be transformative. Meditation offers so many benefits. The opportunity to experience your feelings without judgment, the ability to ground yourself in the present moment, and the chance to learn another critical skill-beginning again. It is normal for your thoughts to wander when practicing meditation. Bringing your attention back to the present moment allows you to practice the skill of beginning again (and again). With practice, this skill can then be used in other areas of your life. It can often be helpful to bring yourself back to this moment and begin again.

New Year is every moment
It is the new year and so easy to begin again. But this meditation made me realise that every moment is an opportunity to begin again. It doesn’t matter what story we tell ourselves about the moment before. It doesn’t matter if we don’t know what we will do next.
