Befriending Sleeplessness
I’m learning how helpful it is, speaking as one with some chronic illnesses, to befriend our challenges. This was very timely as physical pain is making it difficult to sleep. I also learned how good it felt to think of others who might also benefit from this practice of befriending and letting go. I suspect I’m not the only one who immediately thought of friends who have chronic insomnia and I want to share this practice with them.
