A pre-driving meditation to mitigate road rage before it happens. Remaining in the Present & recognizing where our feelings come from is a great way to manage our feelings, as opposed to being controlled by them. Use this exercise as a tool to learn the resilience needed to operate in a healthy, desirable manner, even in the face of undesirable circumstances. When you are actively feeling consumed by road rage, feel free to listen to another meditation I designed specifically for those moments simply called "Road Rage."
