Becoming patience
Sometimes watching the grass is enough, and "the grass" can mean anything.

Relax a bit
Stopping is hard when you’re stuck in a “go-go” world. This is helpful to relax your mind a bit and focus on what’s most important.

Patience & Focus
I love this meditation. Just enough guidance and just enough pauses to allow me to breathe with ease and relax. Imagining what comes naturally (breathing, heart beating, blinking and yes, grass growing and flowers blooming). Thank you. ❤️🌷

This Cannot Be Hurried
I really enjoy the simplicity of this meditation. The experience deepened for me at the statement "this cannot be hurried." I was instilled with a sense of trust and acceptance. Perhaps everything in my life cannot be hurried, and must be trusted and accepted. I like to think this is so.

Having Patience
Just sitting still and doing nothing and having patience with not only your breathing, but with other things too. Just relax and have patience within yourself.

Breathing
It's not about forcing deep breaths in and out but allowing yourself to just watch the normal breath as it happens.

Shocked Breathing Was Difficult When Trying
Something so simple that we do constantly 24/7 to keep ourselves alive can be so challenging. Trying to focus on what I thought was a simple natural bodily function seemed to be difficult while fighting with my mind. I can’t seem to turn mine off which has lead to several health challenges. One session down, very hopeful for the future ones.

I can do it! It was a bit of a stretch but I did it. Why do I have to write more? I said what I had to say.

My attention
Is how my power works. I only have what I give attention to. I inhabit the present moment if I give full attention to it. I need to master my thoughts to conquer myself.

Patience
Just taking 3 minutes for myself in a moment of stress can be relieving. Being patient with my self growth & self healing as well as being patient with those around me. Becoming patience

Breath and patience and nonproductivity
I don’t always need to be working on something mentally, sometimes just focusing on my breath is enough. Things will move forward, and trying always to hurry it will only wear me out. But I need rest to re-energize: in order to actually move forward, patience is reaured

Watching the grass grow
Today’s meditation reminded me of something my dad used to say. Sitting and observing my breath is like watching paint dry or like watching the grass grow. Today I realized...those are not bad things! I don’t have to be constantly occupied with activity - in my actions or my mind. I can simply be.

Frogs
I had to smile to myself tonight. I decided to sit outside by the pond to meditate and came across this one. Was wonderful but about 20 seconds in all the frogs in the pond we’re announcing their presence. Loudly and proudly, when the mindful moment stopped so did the frogs. Not the musical accompaniment I was expecting but amusing nonetheless.

Day 22
I remember my dad always used to say to just have patience everything will work out, and I always hated that saying because I wanted everything to rush or be done. But now I catch myself saying the same thing. I liked listening to this one. Just calming and no worry.

Hard
Harder than any physical workout is sitting quietly with your breath.

Stress Reduction
We don’t have to fill every second of our day with activity. Sometimes just pausing to reflect and focusing on your breathing can be the most productive thing to do.

I want, want , want
Sometimes I want to do everything, but there are so many options. I’m left feeling overwhelmed. This is a good reminder that sometimes less is more. And I don’t have to do it all.

Becoming Patient
Patience is one of my strongest virtues, as a matter of fact I have been told by many people that I am too patient but I have a great deal of faith in people and I am an undying optimist. Breathing and meditation can help with this too though.

Patience
I learned that patience doesn’t come overnight, so although I want the ability to be patient it will take patience.

Float on alright II
This session didn't pull me into any sort of direction but just kind of let me be. Interestingly the practice of clouds and letting thoughts drift by was useful to stay in the moment and not get distracted. I didnt rush to push them away or block them out but just allowed them to go by without clinging.

Sometimes the mind is quiet, and sometimes it is not. Both are okay, just remember to try to keep balance in life.

try again tomorrow
I know that usually when i try to meditate i feel anxious or that i’m wasting time, like i need to move around and be active. today i didn’t experience that since i meditated during bedtime, so i couldn’t achieve my goal of becoming more patient and mindful since i wouldn’t be taking time out of the day.

Patience
I feel so very calm after this meditation. I have been stressed about making life decisions lately, if I’m making the right ones, etc. this helped me turn to a more “patient” perspective. I due time the answers will come. The universe will lead me where I need to go. Don’t rush, be patient 🌿🌍

Leave it, don't follow it
Taking a frustration and letting it get carried down stream without chasing after it is a great imaginative way to let go of something. Effective.

Waiting...
A very calming session with plenty of time to practice patience. I kept waiting for her to give us some instruction or talk more but she just gave us plenty of room to simply be. Good example of grass growing at its own pace, cannot be hurried, so are we growing at our own pace. Life is a long time, we need to give ourselves time to grow. I think we as a society need to become more patient. Driving is becoming crazy lately - due to impatience. I see an accident nearly every day lately. There should be no reason to hurry, because hurry is based in fear and expressed in competition. Fear of being late or coming in last or missing something. Instead build Faith and express it thru creativity - that there is time to get there, that good things come to those who wait, that thinking things through - in a Certain Way, getting outside the box and creatively Acting in a Certain Way will bring you want you want... in due time. Waiting patiently is an earned virtue worth the effort! ❤️☮️🍀

Despite the immense chaos around me
The movement whirling around me in all directions boarding and on this airplane, add dogs, yes dogs barking on board, babies too. Yet I listen to my inner dialog screaming in reaction and do not act and just observe myself in the eye of the Hurricane in complete confidence that nothing attaches to me. Remaining calm and centered, my family looks to me for my reaction in the mist of it all to find me just being there with no reaction really. Believe me I am NOT checked out, conversely I am connected to everything yet nothing. Full on observer mode. Truly empowering in this knowing.
