At the beginning of this practice , I thought about what I wanted to become. I decided I wanted to become more compassionate and more aware of my body and my surroundings. As I scanned my body from my feet up to my head, I found myself becoming very relaxed. Hopefully ,this relaxed state ,will allow me to better fulfill my intentions to improve my compassion in body awareness.
