Self-growth is wonderful. I learned that being alone can help you think about life, a lot of moments you realized that life is beautiful. Being alone can help reduce your anxiety knowing that you can rely on yourself and you don’t need to think of what others thinks about you. Feel free to immerse in this kind of meditation and it will help you a lot.
